You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order.

Changing your mind

  1. Tell us within 14 days of the day your order arrives. Contact us with your name and order details. You don't need to give a reason.
  2. Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition. Return postage is paid by you unless the piece is faulty or not as described.
  3. We refund the price and the original postage within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Please pack copperware carefully. If a piece arrives back damaged because of how it was packed, we may reduce the refund.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us with a photo within 30 days. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Handmade pieces

Small variations in shape, pattern and colour are part of handmade copper and aren't faults. Copper also darkens naturally over time; our pages explain how to restore its shine.

Orders through Etsy

If you bought on Etsy, start your return from your Etsy purchases page so it's handled there.
